About Martina

Martina Famos was born in a valley in the Swiss Alps and the homeland of the Romansh people.

After becoming a mother, she certified as an Adlerian counselor to finally understand humans. Her studies are on the individual psychology of Alfred Adler, the counseling concept of Rudolf Dreikurs and the art of encouragement by Theo Schoenaker.
