Lara, 27, based in Malmö, is a certified ISHTA Yoga Teacher and passionate Change Maker with a substantial educational and professional background in sustainability and humanitarian aid. Focusing on mindfulness for communities, she aims to inspire transformative change by promoting holistic well-being and global awareness. The practice of yoga allows her to be fully present and find balance amidst life's chaos.

Nic Scholtysik

Nic is a designer, avid student of Positive Psychology, and dedicated belonging researcher, on a mission to unlock creativity, nurture personal emotional intelligence, and pose the question: " How do you want to come to yourself?"

Her approach combines design thinking, behavioral science, and Positive Psychology, tailored for those with grand aspirations, a caring heart, and a no-nonsense attitude towards getting things done. Afterall, Nothing is more attractive than people with a can-do-attitude.
